Novellis.io
Document Type: Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Responsible Department: Finance & Compliance
1. Purpose and Scope
This Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy governs the terms and procedures applicable to deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and related fees for customer accounts operated by Novellis.io.
Its primary purpose is to ensure the secure and traceable processing of payment transactions and to prevent payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other forms of misuse.
All payment activities are subject to this Policy, the applicable account terms and conditions, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
2. General Payment Principles
Novellis.io generally processes deposits and withdrawals only through approved and traceable payment methods.
The following principles apply in particular:
Payments must be clearly attributable to the respective customer account.
Deposits made by unauthorized third parties are generally not permitted.
The name of the payer or account holder must correspond to the information registered with the customer account.
Novellis.io may require completion of KYC and/or compliance verification before processing a withdrawal.
Transactions may be reviewed for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Certain payment methods may be restricted depending on the country, currency, payment service provider, or applicable risk assessment.
3. Deposits
3.1 Permitted Payment Sources
Deposits must generally be made using a payment instrument or account that can be attributed to the verified customer.
Permitted payment sources may include:
Personal bank accounts;
Personal credit or debit cards;
Approved electronic payment methods;
Other payment methods supported by Novellis.io.
Payments made by third parties may be rejected or subject to additional verification.
3.2 Verification of Payment Source
Novellis.io may request appropriate evidence regarding the origin or ownership of a payment at any time.
Depending on the payment method, such evidence may include:
Bank payment receipts;
Bank statements;
Payment confirmations;
SWIFT/MT103 documentation for certain international transfers;
Evidence relating to the payment instrument used;
Other appropriate supporting documents.
Any requested documentation must be sufficient to establish the origin and attribution of the payment.
4. Minimum Deposit Requirements
The payment methods available to a customer, as well as any applicable minimum or maximum transaction amounts, may depend on the customer account, selected payment method, currency, and relevant payment service provider.
Novellis.io reserves the right to adjust or restrict certain payment methods or transaction limits for security, risk-management, or compliance reasons.
5. Withdrawal Requirements
A withdrawal may generally be requested once all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Before processing a withdrawal, Novellis.io may verify, among other things:
Whether the customer account has been fully verified;
Whether the payment source can be clearly attributed to the customer;
Whether any compliance review remains outstanding;
Whether any fees or other contractually due amounts remain unpaid;
Whether open positions or other financial obligations need to be taken into account;
Whether the withdrawal complies with applicable payment and compliance requirements.
A withdrawal may be placed on hold until any required review has been completed.
6. Withdrawals to the Original Payment Method
Withdrawals will generally be made to a previously verified payment method or account belonging to the customer.
Where technically possible and consistent with the applicable payment terms, refunds may initially be returned to the original payment source.
This may apply in particular to:
Bank transfers;
Credit cards;
Debit cards;
Electronic payment services.
Withdrawals to accounts or payment instruments belonging to unverified third parties are generally not supported.
7. Withdrawals via Alternative Payment Methods
In certain circumstances, an alternative withdrawal method may be permitted.
This may be necessary, for example, if the original payment method is no longer available or if a refund to the original payment method is technically impossible.
In such cases, Novellis.io may request additional information or supporting documentation.
An alternative withdrawal method may require additional KYC, payment, or compliance verification.
8. Processing Times
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed after receipt.
The standard internal processing time is generally 2 to 5 business days.
The actual time required for the funds to reach the customer’s account may additionally depend on:
The customer’s bank;
The payment service provider;
The selected payment method;
International payment processing;
Currency conversion;
Weekends and public holidays;
Additional compliance reviews.
International payments may require longer processing times.
9. Fees and Costs
Certain payment or withdrawal methods may be subject to fees.
Applicable fees will be displayed to the customer before or during the withdrawal process, where technically and legally required.
Illustrative Fee Structure
Payment Method | Standard Fee |
Bank Transfer | 0 USD / EUR / GBP |
Electronic Payment | 0 USD / EUR / GBP |
Credit Card | 5 USD / EUR / GBP |
Additional Payment Processing | Depending on the payment service provider |
Additional fees may be charged by banks, correspondent banks, card providers, or external payment service providers.
Such third-party fees are outside the direct control of Novellis.io.
10. Broker, Intermediary and Processing Fees
Depending on the applicable service, account type, transaction type, or trading or intermediary structure used, broker, intermediary, processing, or other contractually agreed fees or commissions may apply.
Where such fees or commissions are contractually due, they must be taken into account and settled before or in connection with the withdrawal.
Outstanding commissions or other due fees may, where contractually agreed and legally permissible, be deducted from the available account balance.
Where applicable, the customer will receive an appropriate breakdown of the fees and commissions taken into account.
Important: Only fees or commissions that are based on a valid contractual basis and disclosed in accordance with applicable legal requirements will be charged.
11. Taxes and Tax Obligations
Customers are generally responsible for independently determining and fulfilling their tax obligations in connection with profits, income, or other taxable amounts.
The tax treatment of withdrawals may depend on:
The customer’s country of residence;
The customer’s tax status;
The nature of the income generated;
The applicable account structure;
Applicable national legislation;
Existing double taxation agreements;
Other individual circumstances.
Where Novellis.io is legally required to withhold or remit taxes or other charges, the relevant amount may be taken into account before the withdrawal is processed.
12. Currency Conversion
Novellis.io may maintain customer accounts in multiple supported currencies.
Possible base currencies may include:
EUR;
USD;
GBP.
If a deposit is made in another currency, the amount may be converted into the relevant account currency.
Currency conversion may result in exchange-rate differences and, where applicable, conversion fees.
The exchange rate applied may depend on the relevant payment service provider, financial institution, or reference exchange rate available at the time of the transaction.
13. Credit and Debit Cards
Special restrictions may apply to withdrawals made to credit or debit cards.
In particular, a refund to a card may be limited to the amount originally deposited using that card.
Any excess amount may, where permitted and available, be withdrawn through another verified payment method.
The customer must ensure at all times that the card used is lawfully available to them and can be clearly attributed to the customer.
14. Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Unless different conditions apply to a specific payment method, the following minimum withdrawal amounts may apply:
Bank Transfer: 250 USD / EUR / GBP
Other Supported Payment Methods: 100 USD / EUR / GBP
The applicable minimum withdrawal amount may vary depending on the payment service provider, country, and currency.
The available withdrawal amount may also be affected by applicable fees, commissions, or other contractually due amounts.
15. Bonuses and Non-Deposited Funds
Bonuses, rewards, promotional credits, or other amounts not deposited by the customer may be subject to specific conditions.
Withdrawal of such amounts may, in particular, be subject to the completion of an expressly agreed minimum trading volume or other applicable bonus conditions.
For example, if a bonus is subject to a turnover or trading requirement of 25 × the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, that requirement must be satisfied before the relevant bonus amount may be withdrawn.
The applicable bonus terms and conditions will be communicated to the customer before or at the time the bonus is granted.
Bonus conditions shall not be interpreted as a general requirement for withdrawing customer funds that have already been deposited, unless expressly agreed and legally permissible.
16. Open Positions and Available Funds
Before submitting a withdrawal request, the customer must ensure that sufficient freely available funds are present in the account.
Open trading positions, margin requirements, fees, commissions, or other due obligations may affect the amount actually available for withdrawal.
Novellis.io may not process a withdrawal to the extent that doing so would prevent existing financial obligations of the customer from being satisfied, where relevant under the applicable contractual terms.
17. Inactive Accounts
A customer account may be classified as inactive if no relevant activity has taken place for an extended period.
Any fees for inactive accounts will only be charged where expressly provided for in the applicable account terms and where legally permissible.
The amount, calculation, and application of any such fee will be communicated to the customer transparently in accordance with the applicable terms.
A flat fee of 10% of the account balance will not be charged without an appropriate contractual basis.
18. Refunds
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment source, where technically possible and legally permissible.
Depending on the payment method, a refund may be made to:
The original bank account;
The originally used credit or debit card;
The originally used electronic payment method.
Additional verification may be required before a refund is processed.
19. Cancellation and Rejection of Transactions
Novellis.io may place a payment or withdrawal on hold, reject it, or subject it to additional review where, for example:
The customer’s identity has not been sufficiently verified;
Payment information is inconsistent or incomplete;
There is a suspicion of fraud;
A payment cannot be clearly attributed to the customer;
A compliance review has not yet been completed;
Legal or regulatory requirements require additional verification;
There is another legitimate security or risk-related reason.
In such cases, the customer may be requested to provide additional information or supporting documentation.
20. Chargebacks and Abusive Reversals
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may constitute a violation of the applicable contractual terms.
Where a payment is reversed without legitimate justification, Novellis.io may review the relevant transaction and, where contractually and legally permissible, seek recovery of any resulting costs or outstanding amounts.
Where there are indications of intentional abuse, additional measures may be taken, including restriction or termination of the business relationship.
21. Compliance and AML Reviews
All deposits and withdrawals may be subject to applicable KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and compliance procedures.
Novellis.io may review, among other things:
The origin and attribution of payments;
The identity of the payer;
The payment instruments used;
Transaction patterns;
The source of withdrawals;
Potential sanctions, fraud, or other compliance risks.
Where a compliance review is required, the withdrawal may be placed on hold until the review has been completed.
22. Changes to Payment Terms
Novellis.io may modify payment methods, fees, limits, and other payment terms where this is necessary or appropriate due to:
Changes involving payment service providers;
Regulatory requirements;
Security requirements;
Currency fluctuations;
Technical changes;
Changes to the business model.
For existing transactions, the terms applicable at the time the transaction was initiated may apply, where appropriate.
23. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate payment information;
Using only authorized payment instruments;
Promptly updating any changes to bank or payment details;
Providing requested KYC and compliance documentation;
Taking outstanding fees and contractual obligations into account;
Independently fulfilling all applicable tax obligations;
Regularly reviewing their customer account and ongoing transactions.
24. Final Provisions
This Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy forms part of the general terms and conditions applicable to the use of Novellis.io.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
The current version of this Policy will be published on the Novellis.io website.
